The property’s Scandi coastal decor takes inspiration from its surroundings. The charming seaside village of Saundersfoot, originally used to transport coal, pays tribute to its heritage with the National Events Deck, recreating and interpreting its maritime history through fun activities such as climbing the schooner rigs, outdoor cinema and crabbing on the deck. The wide stretch of sand and shallow waters of Saundersfoot beach provide the perfect playground for young and old to paddle, swim, play and relax. Walk the Pembrokeshire Coast Path over the low cliff tops or across the beaches at low tide to discover breath taking viewpoints of Carmarthen Bay. The village has lovely boutique shops to browse and buy your holiday mementos and a varied selection of delectable cafes, bars, restaurants to satisfy your taste buds! Pembrokeshire has a vast array of attractions and fabulous beaches for everyone. Pen Gar is the ideal base to plan your visits to them!
Pen Gar has an inverted layout to fully utilise the spectacular sea views from the main living area, meaning that everyone staying at the property can benefit from the seascape surroundings.
Enter the property through the front door into the large bright entrance way with doors leading to rooms on the ground floor.
Living area
A snug space with sofa, TV and a selection of games have been provided for those that need solitude and a space to unwind.
Shower room
The ground floor shower room has a rainfall walk in shower, toilet, wash basin and mirror.

Kitchen
A modern design kitchen fitted with all you may need for your self-catering holiday. The appliances include a microwave, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and seating so you can still be sociable with friends and family whilst preparing drinks and meals.

A large wooden table with comfortable seating for 8 people is positioned near the kitchen.
Living area
The large open living space has been thoughtfully arranged for all. Plush sofas are situated in front of the wall mounted Smart TV for those that wish to curl up for an evening watching movies with loved ones. Another section of seating has been arranged in front of the magnificent corner picture windows, where the breathtaking views are the only entertainment, you need. From sunrise to sunset, you are sure to witness amazing sights of the sea, beach and village below.
Downstairs on the lower floor are the bedrooms and remaining bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
A spacious room with king size bed, dressing table, built in wardrobes, smart TV, ensuite and access directly to the decked area creating a seamless connection to outdoors.

Double walk-in shower with rainfall attachment, toilet, wash basin and mirror.
Bedroom 2
A bright room with king size bed, dressing table, Smart TV, built in wardrobe and storage and access to the outside area via patio doors.
Bedroom 3
Twin single beds, chest of drawers and triple wardrobe.
Bedroom 4
A family room featuring an en-suite and an adjoining bedroom. The main bedroom has twin single beds, dressing table, triple wardrobe and en-suite with the adjoining room comprising a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) and chest of drawers, this room has black-out blinds/curtains. Both rooms have direct access to the decking outside.

Outside area
The garden can be accessed from the ground floor or through the bedrooms on the lower floor. Split over two levels, the decked area has glass balustrades allowing an uninterrupted view of the sea and village below. The outside space is extensive with garden furniture provided to enjoy alfresco dining or days soaking up the sun.
A driveway at the front of the property for up to 3 cars with a Pod Point EV charger for electric cars.
