True to its name, The Round House is a unique and grand holiday home offering distinctive features, beautiful furnishings, and wonderful views over the town and out towards the Bristol Channel. Ideal for an enjoyable break with family or friends.

The unique building is an ’Italianate’ style circular property that also comes with a separate, detached quirky cottage. Located right next to the Cairn Nature Reserve - a historic woodland area - there are dozens of walking trails on the doorstep - if you can drag yourself away, that is. It’s also within a healthy walking distance of the beach, The South West Coast Path and Ilfracombe town centre.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
