In the heart of the Cap de Creus Nature Reserve and just 50 meters from the most spectacular beach in Port de la Selva, Cala Tamariua.
Beautiful house distributed on two floors connected by elevator from the garage. On the main floor we are welcomed by an impressive living room with a complete open kitchen and glass walls with only the sea as a wonderful view. Large sofa, fireplace, table for all guests and everything you need to comfortably enjoy the stay. The windows give direct access to the outside area, a cozy terrace with views, provided with two dining spaces, one more secluded, ideal for breakfast and another with a large table for several diners that calls us to share pleasant dinners with magnificent sunsets. A spectacular swimming pool with sun loungers and a sofa area.
From the pool (and the whole house) we can enjoy 180º views that span from the Gulf of León to the horizon of Cap de Creus.
On the upper floor we find the 4 double rooms, 3 of them practically "hanging over the sea". The 4 bedrooms have their own full bathroom en suite, 3 of them with a double bed and one with two beds. All of them have direct access to the upper floor terrace that also communicates with the lower terrace where the pool is located.

About the area
L'Escala, a charming coastal town in the Catalonia region of Spain, is a delightful blend of old-world charm and natural beauty. Known for its stunning beaches, rich history, and delicious cuisine, L'Escala is a gem on the Costa Brava that offers a more relaxed alternative to the region's bustling tourist hotspots.
The town's beaches are undoubtedly a major draw, with a variety of sandy stretches and secluded coves to choose from. The expansive beach of Riells is perfect for families, offering clear shallow waters and a promenade lined with shops and eateries. For a more tranquil experience, Cala Montgó is nestled in a beautiful bay surrounded by cliffs and pine trees, providing a serene setting for sunbathing and swimming.
L'Escala's history is deeply intertwined with the sea, and this is reflected in its cultural attractions. The Alfolí de la Sal, an old salt warehouse, now serves as a cultural space and museum, showcasing the town's maritime heritage. The ruins of Empúries are a must-visit for history enthusiasts; this archaeological site features remnants of a Greek port city and a later Roman town, offering a fascinating glimpse into the ancient civilizations that once thrived here.
Gastronomy is another highlight of L'Escala, with the town being famous for its anchovies. Visitors can savor this local specialty in various forms, from traditional recipes to modern tapas. The annual Anchovy Festival celebrates this culinary tradition, attracting food lovers from far and wide. Beyond anchovies, the town's restaurants serve up a variety of fresh seafood and Catalan dishes, often paired with excellent regional wines.
For those seeking outdoor activities, L'Escala provides ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, and water sports. The Montgrí, Medes Islands, and Baix Ter Natural Park offer a diverse landscape of mountains, wetlands, and marine environments, perfect for nature lovers and adventurers.
L'Escala's charm is further enhanced by its calendar of events and festivals, which include lively music performances, traditional dances, and cultural celebrations that bring the community together and offer visitors a taste of local life.
In essence, L'Escala is a destination that captivates with its picturesque beaches, rich cultural tapestry, delectable cuisine, and a relaxed Mediterranean vibe. It's an ideal spot for travelers looking to immerse themselves in the authentic character of the Costa Brava while avoiding the crowds of more tourist-heavy areas.
