Home Truths - Construction nearby will start on 8th April 2026 and last about 8 weeks, with work from Monday to Friday (7:00am–5:00pm, noisy from 8:00am) and Saturday (7:00am–3:30pm, no noisy work); expect noise and disruption, especially in the first two weeks with drilling and 3–4 days of jackhammering, and the rent has been reduced accordingly to reflect these temporary works. - Parking may be available at an extra cost, please check with Property Manager to see if it’s available.
