This unit is located on the upper level so no climbing stairs anywhere! As you enter, you’ll immediately notice the warm and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring, with plenty of seating on the sectional couch and a large flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The bright and airy space also has a bookshelf stocked with plenty of board games to keep you entertained during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire unit. This is in a fourplex apartment complex building. The walkway to the front door is shared with the other tenants.
Guests will park in the parking lot shared with other tenants. Although there is no assigned spots we ask that you limit it to 1-2 cars. Please park all trailers and RV’s in the back of the lot to not block any other spots for other tenants.
Early Check-in Requests
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. We do have AC Mini Splits for use in the summer months and ceiling fans to circulate the air as well.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city’s area.

Find yourself in the center of a mini commercial boomtown. Located off Academy Blvd near the Garden of the Gods Boulevard, this suburban yet centrally located community features exceptional outdoor facilities, shopping centers, and various dining options for every preference including some amazing local favorites within walking distance (Jun Sushi anyone?).
With an abundance of amenities and a backdrop of the picturesque Rocky Mountain Front Range always within view, it’s hard to not fall in love with the excellent location.
Travel less and enjoy more with quick and easy access to city thoroughfares, such as Interstate 25.
