Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
  • • One (1) dog is permitted in the condo with a non-refundable pet fee
  • • Parking is provided for two spaces directly in front of the unit's entrance which faces Wood Avenue.
  • Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 2 TVs located in this property.
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
