Just a heads up: Building rules allow only 2 guest passes for amenity access, including the pool. The pool is open Friday–Sunday and closed Monday–Thursday. It is completely safe, and we are currently waiting on a replacement, which is taking a bit longer to arrive. Additionally, the master bedroom does not have blackout blinds at this time. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. ➤ Guests will be able to access the world acclaimed pool deck, state of the art gym and spa facilities, hot and cold pools for relaxation, and sauna & steam room. Downtown Miami is a busy shopping area with cultural and event venues. During the day, the open-air malls, department stores and jewelry shops are busy with foot traffic, while at night, crowds descend on the American Airlines Arena for Miami Heat basketball games and big-name concerts. The Adrienne Arsht Center hosts the Miami City Ballet and Florida Grand Opera, and the Pérez Art Museum Miami shows contemporary art. Catch an air-conditioned trolley or the Metrobus to get around, or scoot through Downtown Miami and Brickell on the Metromover automated people mover system. Connect with the Brightline intercity rail system to head out to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and beyond. ➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short-term lease form to register our guests. This form states the dates of your arrival and departure, Photo IDs of ALL the guests above 18 years of age (no exception) and that the confirmation of the guests that they have agreed to the building rules. ➤ Please be informed that amenity passes can be collected any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM ➤Parking is NOT included. Crossing the street there is a cheaper garage - self park. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb website to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ The property does have both heating and A/C, but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you’re preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
