The Neighborhood
This apartment is located in the 14th district of Vienna, Penzing. It is a peaceful, green location. The nearest top street is Mariahilfer Straße. It is the largest and one of the most famous shopping streets in Vienna. It connects the city centre with the Vienna West Station. In the neighbourhood, you will find different shops, restaurants, and cafes which you can choose according to your taste. The transport system in Vienna is comfortable and easy to follow, so you can easily reach from point A to point B. Nearest means of transport in the area of the apartment: • trams: 10, 49, 60 • buses: 12A • subway: U3 • high-speed trains (from West Station “Westbahnhof”) Moreover, there is a direct train from the airport to the train station Wien Mitte and vice versa. From there (Wien Mitte) you will only need 15 min using the subway to reach your apartment.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- According to Austrian law, as a real estate management company, we must collect the personal information of our guests.
- After booking the apartment, you will receive a link with a digital form. We kindly ask you to provide us with your personal data.
- Please note that no confidential information will be collected.
- Additionally, our communication managers, who are currently in Ukraine, will be dealing with your personal information such as name, surname and phone number.
- As for parking, you may park your car at the free spot on the street. Please note, that parking on the street is fee-based according to street parking regulations and it is a short-term option for parking. The nearest underground parking spots are:
- • WIPARK U3 Hütteldorfer Straße (adress: Hütteldorfer Straße 112, 1140 Wien)
- • APCOA park P + R Ottakring (adress: Huttengasse, Spetterbrücke 41, 1160 Wien)
- • Payuca Garage Lobmayrhof (adress: Roseggergasse 1, 1160 Wien)
- • Accommodation with a pet is prohibited
- • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. You can be charged for smoking inside the property.
- • We kindly ask you to observe cleanliness and carefully treat the things provided.
- • Quiet hours: from 22:00 till 08:00.
