This home features an outstanding formal dining room, full chef’s kitchen, huge great room with gas fireplace - these are just a few of the ample spaces to relax with family. On the main floor, there is a Master bedroom suite that overlooks the pool area and an additional bedroom just off the hall with a queen-size bed. The home also has a large laundry/utility room with an extra refrigerator.

On the second floor, in the landing area, you’ll find a great sitting room with a sleeper sofa and television. Rounding out the upstairs, are two bedrooms – each with a king bed, ceiling fan and en-suite full bathroom.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
