St. Simons south-end cottage with a private pool and hot tub! Built in 1954, this cottage has been completely remodeled all the way down to the bare foundation. Beautifully decorated, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage has been appointed with all of the comforts and amenities that make for a great vacation getaway! The open and comfortable living and dining areas make for the perfect gathering spot, while the open and spacious kitchen is a cook’s dream with stainless steel appliances and an enormous island with plenty of seating. You will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining table seats 4 with 6 additional seats at the island. Located off the side door, you’ll find a perfect little covered patio - perfect for your morning coffee.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only.
  • NOTE: Hot tub can be heated for an additional fee.
  • NOTE: The pool cannot be heated.
  • Occupancy: 10 - Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons)
  • Pets: Sorry, dogs and other pets are not allowed.
  • Parking: Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and in front of the property.
  • Age: Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels, Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
