Nicely updated, three bedroom, two bathroom ground level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island!
This unit has a beautifully updated kitchen - you will love the coffee bar! The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with 3 additional bar seats nearby. The kitchen, dining room and den are all open space - with plenty of seating room.
The master bedroom is large with a king bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. On the other side of the living area, you will find the first guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and television; the final guest bedroom has a lovely set of twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. If you are up for recreation, just outside the gates of Harbour Oaks is one of the many parks on the island with dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and more! Harbour Oaks #123 is a ground level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a completely renovated kitchen. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • Dogs 35lbs and under are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable fee. STRICT 2 dog limit.
- • 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.
- • Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
- Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 2 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
