One of our newest vacation rental offerings! This beautiful home was built in 2005 and just went through a year-long major renovation to get it vacation rental ready.
Located just 3/10 of a mile to the pier village area and just under a mile to great beach access points, this location is absolutely perfect - nestled under the beautiful oaks on the Island’s south end.
Just steps to restaurants, shops, night life, oceanfront park, the pier, lighthouse and many other nearby sights as well as a short ride to the beaches of St Simons Island.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
- • No pets are allowed at this property.
- • Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway and under the carport.
- • Approximately 1.8 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, walk three blocks to Pier Village!
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
