We are pleased to offer the Pineapple Cottage. The pineapple has served as a symbol of hospitality, warm welcome, and good cheer for many years, and this Cottage is appropriately named!

The single level home is comprised of two bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen with a work station and family room. The flooring consists of hardwood and tile throughout. There are 3 TVs as well as wireless internet access.

The home features a large screened porch, with ceiling fans, that extends across the entire back of the house. The porch overlooks the expansive backyard creating a serene place to relax. This cottage is equipped with a washer and dryer. The cottage is a "dog-friendly" property complete with a fenced in yard!

The Neighborhood

Ashantilly Avenue is a quiet street located off of Kings Way in the historical Kings Terrace Subdivision near the Pier Village Area. The Cottage is a very easy walk or bike ride (only 0.5 mile) on the path to the beach and village. The closest beach is a very dog friendly, low tide only beach and a favorite spot for viewing the 4th of July fireworks shooting off from the St. Simons pier. Within the Village you will find several great restaurants, bars, retail shops, and lots of outdoor activities. At the far end of the village sits the pier. The pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, sunset strolls, and watching the schools of playful dolphins. Past the pier, stroll the oceanfront path leading to the large community grill area under the large live oaks, two play grounds, the newly remodeled oceanfront community pool and mini golf, the Saint Simons library, and the historic lighthouse.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons).
  • • Dogs are welcome with a $100/pup non-refundable pet fee. (No cats.)
  • • Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
  • •1 1/2 miles to Coast Guard Station Public Beach Access, 1/2 mile to Pier Village
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • What to Expect in your Unit:
  • • There are 3 TVs located in this property. (Den, Bedroom #1, Back Family Room)
  • • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
