Adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and located mid-island in the Glynn Haven Subdivision. Great location - convenient to groceries, boutiques, restaurants and golf. Even better, it’s only a 4 mile ride to the beach or the Pier/Village area.
The recent construction leaves the house with that clean and shiny feeling. There are Smart TV’s in the living room and in both bedrooms. You can sleep six here comfortably with a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest room and a queen sleeper in the den. There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. A fully stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances, will make dinner for six a snap. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room keep everyone connected and together while the games are on and a meal is prepared.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
- • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
- • One (1) Dog is allowed at this property for an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. (No cats.)
- • Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway
- Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
- What to Expect in your Unit:
- • There are 3 TV's in this property.
- • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
