We are proud to offer this quiet, attractive, comfortable cottage located in the main St. Simons Island Village area. Built in 2012, the home is located in a private, upscale neighborhood of Village Oaks and features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The open and alluring floor plan features a living room, dining room and kitchen. In addition, the kitchen has a nice island and bar stools for extra seating. A large flat screen TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace. The master bedroom features a King size bed, large sitting area and bath with a custom shower - all leading out to a deck on the first level. The laundry room and an additional half bath are also on the first floor.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am
  • Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
  • No pets are allowed on this property.
  • Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway (garage is not available)
  • Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
  • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a starting supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
  • Fireplaces are for decorative purposes only.
  • The garage is locked - owner's use only.
  • The grill is not available for use.
