The property is located within the thirteenth-century village "Castello della Pieve", surrounded by green woods and home of hidden treasures like the small eighteenth-century church and the medieval tower. In Castello della Pieve Dante Alighieri’s exile was decreed back in 1301. This historic residence is a jewel set in the heart of the Montefeltro area, not too far away from Urbino, a Unesco world heritage site. The property features a swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current swimming. Interior: On the first floor, you will find the kitchen and the dining room with a large fireplace. A small hallway connects two double bedrooms and a bathroom. You will then find two additional double bedrooms, each one of them with a mezzanine and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and the pool area, there is another bathroom and the living room. The original structure is combined with the functionality of the rooms and the bathrooms with comfortable showers and handcrafted sinks in stone and crystal. Park: The house has a private garden with sofas, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the pool. The main entrance is under a small lodge, where the old wood oven is ready to make you taste the wonderful local food. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens’ grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa. Swimming Pool: The private swimming pool is equipped with hydromassage and counter-current swimming. It measures 2 x 5 meters, is 1.20 meters deep, and will be open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
