The open concept main area welcomes you with bright whites, calming neutrals, and pops of coastal blues. The front of the home includes a formal dining room that can seat 8 plus there is seating for 5 at the kitchen counter. Dine al fresco on the screened in patio as well! The best part of the house? Just one street over and you’ll find your deeded beach access. A king bedroom suite is conveniently located on the 1st floor, 3 more are up on the 2nd floor and all bedrooms have TVs. Off the 2nd floor is another outdoor living space – a great spot to watch the sunset or enjoy a family game night. The 3rd floor of this home is a private oasis with private bathroom and access to a balcony with Gulf views. Take this path, turn right at the "T" and you’ll see your beach access sign to take the boardwalk to your access. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
