This pet-friendly retreat features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private pool, and stunning views of the bayside, offering an ideal setting for a memorable family vacation. Wine n’ Sea opens to a spacious common area that includes a comfortable living space, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dry bar. The living area features a large sectional that can be converted into a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. The dining table seats 12 and is centrally located between the kitchen and living space, making it convenient for meals and gatherings. The dry bar, complete with an additional refrigerator, is ideal for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator. All cookware and dinnerware are provided. The kitchen island offers extra prep space and seating for five. A laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer is available next to the kitchen for guest use. The NE King Suite and NW King Suite each feature a king bed, dresser, closet, TV, private bathroom with double vanity and shower stall, and direct access to the covered back porch through sliding glass doors that offer stunning Gulf views. The E Queen Suite includes a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and private bathroom with a shower-tub combo. The SE Queen Suite offers a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet, and private bathroom with a shower stall. The SW Bunk Room is perfect for kids, with three full-over-full bunk beds, a TV, closet, and an arcade machine. A common bathroom next to the SW Bunk Room includes a shower-tub combo. The covered front porch provides a relaxing space to enjoy views across the island to the Gulf side. The covered back porch offers a scenic waterfront outdoor dining area with two picnic tables, a propane grill, and ample seating. A gate from the porch leads to the pool deck, where guests can relax in their private pool, enjoy rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, or recline on lounge chairs. The private soundside beach offers families a safe and serene environment to play and unwind.
