Super cute two story cottage tucked back behind the “main house.” Downstairs is the kitchen and living area as well as a half bath and the laundry closet. Upstairs is the full bathroom and both bedrooms. Enjoy a seat on the upper balcony or hang out on the brick patio below. This house is tucked away as a back house behind our building on St. Charles Avenue. It’s steps from the streetcar line and well decorated. The cottage house and the patio directly in front of it. This is a separate property from our home. Please note: there is a 24-hour bar next door. It does get loud at night. I have a sound machine to help drown the noise if any guests find it bothersome. We are on beautiful St Charles Ave! There are tons of great restaurants, shops, and the street car in the immediate area. Just over a mile from both the Superdome and the Convention Center! This is a great home base for all of your city travels. The streetcar is directly in front of the main house and is the easier way to travel. Uber is usually pretty quick and cheap if you are going off of the streetcar path and don’t fancy walking.
