One of Folly’s Best! Pier Pleasure is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo centrally located in the Beachwalk Villas. Enjoy a partial ocean view with lots of blue sky from your large private balcony complete with plenty of outdoor seating. This condo is in the heart of Folly. The beautiful beach and fishing pier are only a short walk away as is Center Street where you will find lots of great local restaurants and shops. Relax in the comfortable living room where you still get those wonderful Folly Beach views from the sliding doors that access the balcony and let in plenty of natural light. Have a family movie night around the large Smart TV with HD cable. Cook your favorite meals in the open kitchen that is fully equipped with all the essentials. The primary suite has a queen-sized bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. The other two guest rooms are at the opposite end of the condo and both have queen size beds. All beds are fitted with comfortable high-quality linens. Pier Pleasure includes a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, reserved parking for two vehicles, and there is an elevator in the complex for easy access! Come see for yourself why staying here is truly a pleasure! While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. Pier Pleasure does not accept pets. All photos are current and accurately depict the property.
