Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, private backyard, and garage during their stay. There are no shared spaces.

* **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival. You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property.
* **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to arrange this service.
* **For Kids:** We can provide 2 highchairs and 2 Pack ‘n Plays upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know in advance if you need them.
* **Cancellation Policy:** Please refer to the platform’s cancellation policy for details on refunds. Please note that a 5% service charge will be applied by the host to all approved refunds to cover processing fees.
