Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Total of 2 VEHICLES allowed - parked on or nearby property - City Law
- - Amplified MUSIC is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (including music coming from inside of the home). Please don’t bring speakers outside and turn up the music. If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance. - City Law
- - POOL TIME is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level, and be thoughtful. - City Law
- - NIGHT TIME hours are between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry. - City Law
- - A CALL from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. Our officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please keep noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. A reminder that other occupants in homes around your vacation home might be full-time residents. - City Law
