ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located in a remote location with a valley view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. However, the road is still accessible by car only there are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day’s Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 2-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 6 guests, with the 5th and 6th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
