Past the stainglass-accented front door you’ll find a gracious living area with a fireplace and plenty of seating. From the entry also easily access the kitchen with beautifully renovated granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Your chef in your group will love the gas stove and oven for presice cooking temperatures! The full laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen.
A large master bedroom is located on this first level with an ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, a large garden tub and a walk-in shower with six side shower heads topped with a rainfall shower overhead. This bedroom is quite spacious and has a desk for your remote business correspondence.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No Smoking or Pets. Minimum age to rent is 25; families with children welcome. Primary renter must be present at check-in, check-out, and throughout duration of stay.
