On the second floor, the jacuzzi with direct ocean views offers the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the scenery. Every space is crafted to deliver comfort, style, and functionality. We offer autonomous check-in for your convenience, and a dedicated host will be available via WhatsApp throughout your stay. A housekeeper will welcome you upon arrival and provide all necessary instructions. Our maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Optional cleaning or chef services are available upon request for an additional fee. The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay. The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies. Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car. Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules. The entrance to the condominium is at kilometer 204 of the New Panamericana Sur Highway. From there, follow the dirt road next to the PRIMAX gas station until you reach the gated entrance marked Playa del Carmen. From the property, you can easily access Chincha (25 min), Pisco (15 min), Paracas (30 min), and Ica (1h). The house also has direct access to the beach.
