This special property offers two separate homes in one, the choice option for large groups or a joint-family vacation to be close but not that close. Located in the Marine Terrace neighborhood, you’ll be less than one block away from the desirable Shoreline Park that offers open green space, panoramic views of the ocean, a children’s playground, steps to Leadbetter Beach, and a quick walk to the restaurants and water sport areas of the Santa Barbara Harbor.
The large downstairs unit features custom cherry wood built-ins and accents, an open floor plan, a full-service Kitchen, and an added sunroom with a large dining space and grand piano. Both spacious Bedrooms include French Doors leading to a patio and seating area while the Primary Suite includes vaulted ceilings with skylights and an ensuite Bathroom. The private upstairs unit has a separate entrance with a balcony showcasing ocean views. The Kitchen, Dining Nook, and Living Room flow together anchored by a stone fireplace. The large Bedroom with a walk-in closet and Bathroom has been newly renovated with high-quality finishes. The backyard features a built-in grill, outdoor sink, hot tub, dining space, and several chaise lounges completely surrounded by privacy hedges.
