WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 10 people. - No parking is available at this home. Paid parking is available. Please reach out to our reservations team for the most up to date details. - Grocery delivery is highly recommended prior to arrival. - A Meet and Greet will occur for ease of arrival. - Nearby construction may impact appearances getting to the home. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions and Release of Liability Waiver is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
