Tucked in at the base of the mountain, this 1-bedroom condo is a great little hideaway in Telluride with a late-90s feel. The views from the porch to the end of the box canyon are striking.
Up one flight of stairs from the street level or five steps up from the snow level to the complex’s terrazzo, you’ll enter this unit from the designated stairwell. To the right on entry is the living room with a leather sofa with queen-sleeper with memory foam, 30-inch flat-screen TV(HDMI) with Roku and DVD player, and boombox with radio/tape/CD player. In warm weather, open the door to the shared porch to make the most of the view and fresh mountain air. The open floor plan also has a small kitchen with all the essentials (coffee-maker, toaster, microwave) and dinette that seats 4-6.
In the bedroom, there is a queen bed and TV. The bathroom is between the living room...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
