Set on 37 acres, the original 1900’s soldiers’ settlement cottage has been thoughtfully extended to ensure the historic features of the property have been retained, including many of the original floorboards, brick fireplace and original Stove. A homely and extremely comfortable cottage, the main homestead now boasts four bedrooms, including a separate, large master bedroom with ensuite and balcony on the upstairs level. The three additional bedrooms are located on the ground floor and separated from the living areas. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
