Beggars Bridge Homestead is perched on the hill next to "’The Vintage" giving magnificent 360-degree views surrounded by a working vineyard, inground pool, tennis court, snooker table and sleeping up to 14 people. You are right in the action but could be a million miles away. Whether you want to kick back in the pool, fancy a few sets of tennis or just enjoy arguably some of the best private estate views in the Hunter. Please note the spa attached to the pool is not in operation.
You may wish to pop over to your neighbour at "The Vintage" for the Hunter’s finest golf course, day spa and restaurant or if you are visiting for a concert, imagine being able to walk through our vineyard, past our resident Kangaroo’s to Bimbadgen Estate.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
