Located between the pine forest and the sea, at a distance of 100 meters from the beach, the apartment is located on the second and top floor without elevator of one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau villas in Viareggio. From the pedestrian gate we enter the main door: from here the beautiful and wide stairs lead us to the second floor where there is the private entrance to the apartment characterized by the beautiful covered terrace from which you can see the sea, furnished with dining table and relaxation area. The apartment consists of a large and bright kitchen with dining area, a nice living room with a double sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds that can possibly be coupled, a third bedroom with a French bed and a spacious full bathroom with double sink and shower.
The apartment is 100 meters from Viareggio’s famous promenade, full of stores, restaurants, pubs ....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
