- Respect Neighbors: Sugar Bear Lodge operates under authorization given by County Permit. Complaints by neighbors are the surest way to invite citations, enforcement, suspension and possible eviction of your stay
- Loud & Disturbing Noise: Loud, excessive, or intrusive noise that disturbs the peace or quiet of neighbors is not permitted. Such types of noises include, but are not limited to yelling, hooting, whistling, singing, musical instrument, or loud music. Keep your celebrating inside the house so neighbors are not disturbed. Citations can be given for violating the noise ordinance
- No Trespassing: Do not disturb neighbors and respect their privacy. Be mindful to not trespass onto neighboring properties. Do not loiter in the street or in front of neighboring properties
- Parking Restrictions: Only 4 vehicles are allowed at any time. Parking on the street or in front of the driveway is prohibited. Citations can be given for violating the parking ordinance
- No Open Fire/Flames: Open flames are not permitted at SBL, this includes wax candles. Solid fuel burning chimineas, barbeques, and fire pits are prohibited by law in the Mountain Region. Fireworks of any kind are not permitted at any time. Citations can be given for violating the ordinance
