- This property offers step-free access via the exterior doors on the 1st and 2nd floors. There are interior stairs; however, vehicles can be driven up to the second-floor patio for step-free access to the main floor
- Your safety matters. The property features 2 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is located on the front gate facing out and camera 2 is located on the other end of the property facing the well head. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras take photos when motion is detected
- Please be aware that bedroom 2 is part of the grand room. There are privacy screens for guests to set up; however, it is not a full bedroom
- The attached garage has a home-based business. Shipping and receiving minimal hours of the day
- There is a well-maintained 1.7-mile dirt road leading to the house
