If you’d visit to explore our city, that should definitely be your spot - all the bars, fancy restaurants, culture sights and many more are within walking distance. Newly renovated our place offers all the comforts of a home, you will find everything you will need for a couple of days, week or a month.
The apartment consists of one bedroom, a spacious living room with a sofa that transforms into a comfortable bed and a TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a lovely balcony with view to the green backyard where you can drink your morning coffeе.

Slaveykov Square, The Ivan Vazov National Theatre, The St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, The Ancient Amphitheatre of Serdika, The Palace of Justice and many other sights are just minutes away by foot.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • Parking on the streets in the area is paid.
- • The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics
- • Apartment located on the 2nd floor - NO elevator.
- • Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. Please, keep in mind that there is a late check-in fee of 10 euro for check-ins after 10 pm.
- • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Property Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
- • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
- • Quiet hours between 2pm - 4pm and 10pm - 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
- • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it - clean and tidy.
- • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You can request our 24/7 emergency number from the Meet & Greet person.
- • SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! :)
