A perfect perch on the mountain for families & friends to gather and enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy ski-on, ski-off during the snow season as part of the Sunrise Village next to Killington Resort’s Bear Mountain base area. Quiet & relaxing during the summer - an ideal base for hiking, canoeing, apple picking, and taking in fall foliage. During the winter, ski down to the Sunrise Village lift, and ski off again straight to the condo. Enjoy streaming over the gigabit wifi while while the kids play.
Outstanding three-level condo/townhouse in the heart of Killington’s sought-after Sunrise Village, comfortably sleeps eight. With views of the mountains, and all of the benfits of the Sunrise clubhouse, it’s a hard find to beat. The main level centers around a comfortable gather space under large, slanted windows, surrounding a wood fireplace and large Roku TV which offers many streaming options and a guest login that will automatically log out of your services on your check out date. The upper level has a king-size bedroom with a balcony offering lovely views, and a bunk bed room (full on the bottom, twin on top). The lower level features a gaming area and a sleeping area with two twin beds. The games include Nintendo, a Mrs. PacMan arcade game, football target toss and air hockey.
Parking is directly outside the private door to your unit. Please park head in and do not block the entrance stairs as all units share that entrance.
Condo amenities are subject to closure by the condo association. Guests can call the sunrise condo association to determine if any closures are happening during your stay.
Sunrise Mountain Village operation hours are changing please see the below schedule:
- Sports Center and Locker Rooms: Monday-Friday: 8:30am- 4:30pm
- Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Steam7 Sauna: Closed
- Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub: Open 7 days a week sunrise/sunset
- Basketball and tennis courts: open 7 days a week sunrise/sunset
-Outdoor Firepits: opening after memorial day weekend, and must be reserved at the office between Monday - Friday between 9-4.
- Sunrise Bar and Grill: Closed for season
We have a smart keypad lock on the door so you can come and go as you please, but we are available to help if needed. We’ll send you a complete guide to SunBear with key codes, wifi info, directions, and guest information, and can offer suggestions for things to do and places to go during your stay if you’d like.
Killington’s Sunrise Village offers a unique ski-on / ski-off experience complete with a clubhouse offering pools, hot tubs, a delicious restaurant, and other amenities. A winding road services the village, as do a few ski trails that feed down to the Sunrise lift at the clubhouse. From that lift, skiers and boarders can easily access the Bear Mountain base area, and from there, all of Killington’s available ski trails. Coming down the south side of Bear Mountain offers access to the Sunrise trails to take you straight to the condo. The trails will open as weather and snow conditions permit. Please ask us about the expected post-pandemic opening status during your planned visit dates for the Sunrise Village pools, hot tubs, gym, and cafe.
Ski on ski off is subject to Killington opening the Sunrise triple chair and snow conditions. Please check the Killington app for lift status.
Please note that the outdoor hot tub will be open for use Daily from Memorial Day weekend onwards.
The fire pit is available but must be reserved at the office between Monday - Friday between 9-4.
The outdoor pool is closed for the season.
The indoor pool will open 9/16 and will be available for use Monday through Friday 8:00am- 4:30pm
