NEW! BearHaus is a fully renovated 6 bedroom Killington chalet that is conveniently located in the heart of town in a tranquil forest setting. The Chalet is built in the classic Austrian style and lovingly renovated top to bottom with brand new modern amenities. There are two kitchens, a giant table for 16 people, one of the biggest hot tubs in all of Killington, a beautiful wet bar with wine fridge and plenty of room for everyone to spread out or hang out together.
The property is just off the Killington access road and minutes to the Killington Resort base areas as well as very close to the restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, bakeries and bars. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Please cover the hot tub when not in use. You acknowledge that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using a hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, other harm, or death arising from or associated with use of the hot tub and hold the owner and property manager harmless.
- - The bunk beds (should you choose to use them) have attached ladders to access the top level. In renting this house, you agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury, other harm, or death resulting from the use of the ladders and bunk beds.
- - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
- - Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
- - The fire pit must be attended at all times when burning a fire. At the end of its use, extinguish the fire entirely.
