This residence greets you with an inviting front porch that is complete with a
swing bed that overlooks the green spaces Watercolor has to offer. The
interior of the home welcomes you with 12 foot ceilings and soft, coastal
tones found from the living room into the kitchen. The first floor is an open
floor plan that allows all to feel comfortable and connected with plenty of
space. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a Sub Zero
refrigerator and Wolf range. The stylish dining table provides seating for 8
guests and bar stool seating at the center island for 4 guests. The first
guest bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and a private bathroom. The
next bedroom offers two full size beds and a private bathroom. There is a
laundry room and half bathroom on this floor.
The second floor is where you will find the remaining three suite bedrooms.
The first room offers two twin over twin bunk beds, a couch for relaxing and
watching tv, and a private bathroom. Next is the master bedroom with a king
size bed and private bathroom. The final bedroom has a king size bed and
private bathroom.
The outdoor space of this Watercolor vacation rental home can be enjoyed year
round! The private plunge pool (can be heated for $50/day) is perfect for
cooling off after a long day at the beach. There is a fireplace with covered
