You will have access to our gym at our other apt 80m away. Regular housekeeping is provided except weekends and public holidays, and 24/7 security, so you can rest assured of a cozy, comfortable, and authentic stay, true to the heart of Saigon.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1) Please respect and treat the apartment as if it is yours :)
- 2) We have no hidden cost unless unregistered guest stays over night. We will need Identification Card (ID) of that particular person and a charge of 10 USD is applied for per person per night.
- 3) Booking for more than a month may be subject to electricity bill and deposit.
- 4) As this is a highly secured building, please note that any guest entering the apartment will need to show their ID.
- 5) Please keep the place neat & clean.
- 6) Please do not trash the cutleries in the bin.
- 7) Please turn off the light, AC, heater when you leave the house or when you are not using them.
- 8) Please respect the neighbourhood by keeping your noise level down.
