Welcome to the Double Eagle Lodge!! Located in the heart of the Villages of Eagles Nest, the Double Eagle Lodge offers a unique setup perfect for large groups of adults. Previously rented as separate units, the entire lodge is now rented as a whole. The main level includes two individual bedrooms. The primary suite has a King size bed and ensuite bath with a soaking tub and double sinks, flat screen TV, and deck access to enjoy the incredible views of Grandfather Mountain. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV, deck access, and a second bath. A laundry center with a high-tech, all in one washing machine/dryer means you can throw your clothes in the wash before you head out and come back to clean, dry clothes! Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and dining area. There is a full, private gym for guests to enjoy on the main level. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
