We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! We are located on the ocean side of Long Beach, and of the main street. Located steps from downtown activities, this location is great for those that enjoy the beach, walking, and outdoor activities. Car, bike, walk, Uber - be safe! So close to so much entertainment, mostly will walk to avoid getting into downtown rush hours. -Quiet time 10pm-7am -No pets -No parties or events (Subject to being asked to leave unit with no refund) -Lost remote/keys = $100 -No more guests than specified in listing --All outdoor activity at this ends at 10pm for respect to the neighbors Left Behind Items >$10 service charge added to shipping cost CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
