Hi there! Welcome to my newly renovated apartment, located exactly in the heart of Vienna. It’s a great place to start your Vienna tour, spend time with your family, or enjoy your business trip. It’s situated 5 minutes away from Schwedenplatz and Danube canal and has a perfect public transport connection with a lot of shops and cafes nearby! FREE WIFI, hotel-quality bed linens and towels, complimentary coffee and tea, smart TV, and easy check-in are offered.
The apartment in the second district of Vienna and is located on the ground floor of the building. It has a comfortable bathroom and can accommodate 4 people.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please note that we're obliged to collect personal information from every guest that books our apartment. After confirmation of the booking you will receive the link where you have to provide us with your personal information that is required by law in digital form. No sensitive information will be collected. You would also need to accept our terms of conditions regarding our house rules.
- We would like to provide you with information that while booking an apartment, you agree with terms that personal information (only your name, surname and phone number) is going to be processed by managers of communication who are based in Ukraine.
