It features an outdoor pool, to refresh, swim or simply relax by the water! Conveniently located only 17 minutes away from Disney, making it an ideal choice for visitors planning to explore the theme parks!! Accommodates 11 guests across 7 beds, including a master king bedroom, a queen bedroom, another queen bedroom, a queen bedroom with a twin bed, and a twin bedroom, the property can comfortably accommodate larger groups and families :) We are a pet-friendly property, welcoming furry companions to join in the vacation experience!! Additional amenities such as a drip coffee maker to start your day off right, a grill for outdoor cooking, a tiki bar and lazy river access for leisurely relaxation, gym facility for those looking to stay active. The kitchen is fully stocked, providing all the necessary appliances and utensils for guests to prepare their meals if they wish to stay in! Book your stay and have an amazing getaway with your family and friends!! Guests will have easy access with a door code. A QR code will be sent for gate access. Uber and Lyft are reliable options in this area. Check-in is at 4 pm Check-out is at 10 am Private, gated community for extra safety! Please note that the pool at the house is not heated. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
