Maui East is located in the quaint and unique Sunday Villas neighborhood. Lots of green space and mature palm trees are between its 16 round and colorful houses. The community pool offers a spacious deck for sunning and a shaded area under the pergola. Some extra parking near the pool area is available for your convenience. Maui East is within walking distance to the beach and is close to restaurants and downtown shopping. 2 Night Minimum, 3 night minimum during peak times (Summer, Spring Break, Sandfest) Pet Friendly. This unit at Sunday Villas in Port Aransas has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated in Island-style decor. Located just steps from the community swimming pool, it offers the privacy of a free-standing home but the amenities of a condo. This home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the second with a full over full bunk bed. The living area offers a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, breakfast bar, coffee maker, assorted cookware and everything you need to cook a meal in paradise. The kitchen and living area are an open-style concept, perfect for entertaining. The large front porch offers ample outdoor space. This property has everything, including proximity to the beach. Situated about 3 blocks from the beach, it is less than a half mile car or golf cart ride to the beach! *Please note that the downstairs room is for owner personal storage and is not accessible to guests. This property can accommodate parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the home. There is a small amount of overflow parking, however this is first come first serve. There is a pay by day parking lot nearby on Beach Access 1A by the "On the Beach RV Park" for additional vehicles. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won’t need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
