The open floor plan allows for your group to watch the flat screen tv from the living area, kitchen, or dining space. Enjoy views of the outdoor pool from here as well through full light patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook your favorite meal. There is seating for 6 at the dining table which overlooks the beautiful outside area. You’ll find a bedroom on the 1st level with a queen bed, flat screen tv, and en suite tiled shower. There is a conveniently located half bath under the stairs for guests to use. On the second level is a second bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen tv, and en suite bath with a tub/shower combo. There are also two twin rollaway beds for additional sleeping. Relax outdoors in one of the comfortable lounge chairs that face the gorgeous private swimming pool. There is a propane bbq pit for grilling up your catch of the day which you can enjoy eating together around the outdoor dining table. Wireless internet service is also provided. The laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located on the second level. Max parking is for 3 vehicles. Golf carts count as a vehicle. Small boats may be allowed but guests must confirm this with the property manager prior to booking. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. While we try to go above and beyond to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late departures. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay. ACCESS CODE We have an electronic lock on our property. You won’t need to go to an office and pick up keys. This code will be a part of the check-in instructions sent 30 minutes prior to your arrival. When you get in the area you can go straight to the property, unpack, relax and enjoy. INCIDENTALS: The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath towels. There is a coffee maker. SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay. SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, bathing soap and shampoo, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.
