Compact but comfortable apartment, one step from the Uffizi and Via de’ Neri, a few steps from the Arno in a neighborhood full of life and services. Could be noisy! Great place to stay for those who want to visit the Museums and the city. The house consists of two double rooms, one of which has a half bath; a living room with kitchenette and breakfast area; and a full bathroom with washing machine and shower. The accommodation is located on the second floor of a small historic building, no elevator, narrow stairwell not suitable for those with reduced mobility. There is air conditioning in only one room (the one with the service bathroom).The beds are double and not divisible.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
