Nestled in the gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club in the Village of Oak Creek, Sedona Tanglewood Treasure is a fully remodeled bohemian mid-century townhouse offers direct red rock views and easy access to Sedona’s attractions and activities. Pool is typically open mid-late April through early-mid November and the hot tub is open year-round.
This charming house spans 1,524 square feet featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms providing ample space for up to 4 guests.
Guests enter through the home’s front door, stepping into the open floor plan main living area that includes the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: Boasting with comfortable furnishings, including a leather sofa, and features a 65” Smart TV. Guests can also enjoy access to the outdoor patio. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational, serving as a decorative element only.
Kitchen: The fully remodeled kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a flat top stove, and is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal. Bar top seating for two adds convenience.
Dining Area: Two separate dining areas offer flexibility and style. One features a bistro table with seating for 4, while the formal table seats 6 and is accented by a bohemian-style chandelier.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom —Features a King bed, a 43” smart TV, accent chair, desk area, and an En Suite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower equipped with a rainfall shower head.
Bedroom 2 —A cozy retreat with a queen bed, a 43” smart TV, desk area, and access to a full shared bathroom with a shower.
Outdoor Area: Guests can unwind in the outdoor seating area, which includes an outdoor dining table, a hanging chair for relaxation, and direct red rock views. A propane BBQ grill is available for cooking up favorites.
Community Amenities: The gated community of Canyon Mesa Golf Country Club offers seasonal heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and pickleball courts for guests to enjoy (please note the tennis and pickleball course do have a small fee with limited hours for use). Guests can play the nine-hole golf course for an additional fee. Pool is open mid-late April through early-mid November and the hot tub is open year-round
Electronics: Multiple Smart TVs throughout the house provide entertainment options. Living room TV equipped with cable programming.
Wireless Internet: High-speed wireless internet is available for guests to stay connected.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are provided for guest use.
Parking: The property includes a 2-car garage. No driveway parking or RV parking is allowed.
