This single-level home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms across 1,530 square feet of inviting living space and comfortably accommodates up to seven guests. Whether you’re traveling as a family, a couple’s getaway, or a small group of friends, the layout is designed for comfort, connection, and ease.
You’ll enter the property through the exterior courtyard and step into a bright, open-concept living area where the living room, kitchen, and dining space flow seamlessly together. Natural light pours in through expansive windows, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that guests immediately fall in love with.
Living Room:
The living room offers comfortable leather sofa seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that frame the surrounding greenery. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of adventure. (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only.)
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a bright and functional layout, and bar-top seating for two. Guests love having everything needed for anything from a quick breakfast before hitting the trails to a leisurely dinner at home.
Dining Area:
Just off the kitchen, the dining area features a large wood table under a contemporary chandelier, seating six comfortably. With direct access to the private patio, it’s ideal for easy indoor-outdoor dining.

Primary Bedroom:
A tranquil retreat with a king-size bed, Smart TV, nightstands with built-in charging ports, ample dresser and closet space, and an en suite bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Guests often describe this suite as exceptionally comfortable and calming.
Bedroom 2:
Queen-size bed with built-in charging ports and private access to the front courtyard. Guests love stepping outside in the evenings to enjoy Sedona’s clear night skies using the provided telescope.
Bedroom 3:
Accessed through French doors, this room includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. An ottoman that converts into a twin sleeper adds extra flexibility, making it perfect for kids or additional guests.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Spaces & Amenities:
The fully fenced backyard is a guest favorite and a major reason this home stands out.
