The villa, located in Amarilla golf is a stunning , modern contemporary detached villa. It has fabulous views to the sea, marina and mountains and has the most spectacular sunsets. Surrounded by the beautiful Amarilla golf course and marina, with the ocean and the Montana Amarilla nature reserve on your doorstep , bars, shops and restaurants nearby in San Blas, this makes it a special part of Tenerife. Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, lounge, 2 terraces, games room and a private pool. WIFI and air conditioning throughout. All rooms are finished to a very high standard with very tasteful decoration. Stair gates are in place around the villa. Bedroom 1 is the luxury guest suite. It has a double bed, en-suite shower room, lounge area with TV with all channels, private patio area, kitchen, dining table and a separate office with WIFI link. There is a door leading to the roof terrace where there is a covered seating area, hot tub and sun loungers. The surrounding views are spectacular. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, en-suite shower room and has a door leading to the lower terrace. The room has pool and stunning sea views. Bedroom 3 is a large room with a double bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and a single bed that can be extended into a double so can sleep up to 4 people. Bedroom 5 is an extra large family room. It has its own private entrance from the rear of the property. It has a double bed and 2 single bed. There is a door to an enclosed patio area . Steps to pool area. The kitchen is luxury. Silestone worktops and an island. It is equipped with a fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, oven, hob and the all important coffee machine. The dining area has a table and chairs and a TV with all channels. For the kids and big kids there is a games room with a pool table and table football. Also there are books, children’s toys, colouring books and pencils to keep the little ones happy. Outside there is a heated pool and table tennis table. Sun loungers and a sun awning are on the patio area. Artificial grass surrounds the pool. 15-20 minutes from the south airport
