Can sleep up to 4 guests with twin beds and sofa beds. The complex has ramped access from the road and lifts from to the apartment and pool area. Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date. All our contact details are in the apartment should you need them but otherwise we leave you to enjoy your holiday. If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm. Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura) The sea is a 5 minute walk away downhill and on the sea front you will a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. At the front of the complex there is a row of quiet bars / restaurants. The main commercial centre, otherwise known as “San Blas” is only a 10 minute walk away. Here you will find a 3 picturesque squares all set on different levels, with shops, a doctors / chemist, a bank / cashpoint, restaurants of all nationalities and bars that provide evening entertainment. Beyond San Blas is the Spanish village of Los Abrigos to the other. Here you will find a number of excellent fresh fish restaurants. In the other direction, a 10 minute walk will take you to the marina with its lovely sea front shops, bars and restaurants. Someone will meet you with the keys The lounge itself has a 2 seater sofa/double bed which folds out into two single beds and an armchair, television, DVD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen, the bathroom has been recently renovated, and a separate bedroom with twin single beds.
