Everything you need in a mountain vacation is easily accessible from this conveniently located condo on Snowmass Mountain just next door to the Base Village area. In Base Village you will find the children’s ski school, the Elk Camp gondola and Fanny Hill chair lift, many great restaurants and shops for all your essential mountain vacation needs!
From the Base Village you may catch the Sky Cab to the upper mall area where you can enjoy shopping/restaurants as well as the free summer concert series. For great adventure, take the Elk Camp Gondola up to the Lost Forest for a ride on the breathtaker Alpine Coaster, Treeline Trial Challenge Course, and Rugged Ascent Climbing Wall. In addition, the Lost Forest operates as a home base for fishing, hiking, and disc golf. Enjoy a great lunch at the Elk Camp restaurant between adventures. In the winter months this area becomes vibrant with enthusiastic skiers and snowboarders.
If you are looking for a convenient location with great amenities and pricing, you have found the perfect lodging for your vacation to Snowmass. The condo has a bedroom with 2 full-size beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room area. There is a wood burning fireplace - hard to find in mountain resorts these days! The full kitchen and dining space for 6 make it incredibly convenient to dine at home and a great value for your group of friends or small family traveling together.
The property has an outdoor pool and hot tub for your enjoyment. A short 2 blocks away you will find the transportation center where you can catch a free shuttle to any of the other 3 mountains to ski or snowboard or to downtown Aspen. Your trip to the Aspen Snowmass area will be a relaxing one with easy access to all Snowmass amenities and recreation.
Complimentary assigned covered parking for one car. Vehicle must be under 6’ 8" in height. Additional cars must register with the parking department and purchase a parking pass, $15/day, for the nearby lots in the winter and free in the summer.
**Ski access across may be limited due to snow conditions in early and late ski season.

All Property Manager Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
